How it works
From a note to a careful review.
Start with a synthetic example. The workspace keeps the note and its suggestions together, so you can check every result in context.
Choose a scope and a note
Select Medicare V28, ACA HHS 2026 or Both at the top. Medicare is the default. Use the example menu or enter documentation you are authorized to process. The initial CKD example opens with highlights visible.
Changing scope clears previous scores and selections, then finds candidates again. It keeps the loaded model.
Let the local model load
Select Load local AI. Once loading finishes, the same button becomes Analyze note; select it when you are ready to review your note. Loading alone does not start an analysis. The default model's first download is approximately 2 GB, so allow time and enough device memory. Cached model files may make later loads quicker; browsers can evict them.
If local AI is unavailable, you can still inspect candidate phrases. Browser support, memory and performance vary by device.
Check the full note
Analyze note checks the candidates against the complete documentation. A code in Both is not duplicated just because it belongs to both HCC mappings.
The score is a model output, not the clinical probability of disease. Changing the cutoff filters the display; it does not change the model's answers.
Inspect phrases and required details
Click a code to focus its highlights. Matched phrase shows a direct discovery match; Related match shows associated diagnosis wording; Proposed detail shows a possible stage, side or location. None is verified evidence.
Check the patient, timing, diagnosis, stage, side, subtype and any causal relationship. Family history and suspected, historical or negated conditions can still produce candidates.
Review before copying
Use All candidates to inspect items below the cutoff. Select only suggestions you have reviewed, then choose Copy selected. This copies code-and-description pairs, not the note.
Missing highlighting does not mean a diagnosis is absent. A mapping tag does not determine reimbursement, patient eligibility or a risk score.
Settings without losing your place
Settings offers model choices, review methods and an editable prompt. Changing a model, prompt or review method clears old scores; run analysis again. Editing the prompt keeps the full note in the model input. Prompt drafts stay in this tab.
Use Edit note to change the text and Show highlights to return to review. Technical browser settings are optional; unload the model before changing those settings.
Move around without restarting
Choose Back to website from the workspace to explore Home, How it works, About, Privacy or Limitations in the same tab. Your note, results, selections and loaded model remain in memory while you read. Choose Open workspace or use the browser’s Back button to return to your review.
This is session continuity, not an automatic save. Refreshing the page, closing the tab or the browser reclaiming memory may clear your workspace. Copy any reviewed results you need before leaving the session. Opening the homepage or an information page directly does not load a model.
